My Father had ordered a Portable Projector on Flipkart which we have received on 16th January,2023.
When we received this projector I opened the box in front of the delivery guy and i immediately told that this product is an used and dirty one and i also made a video of receiving and opening the box
While trying to return it few days ago finally after I had a talk with the customer support my return request got approved but yesterday when the delivery guy came to pick the projector he informed that the projector looks exactly the same and it had passed all the test like the picture, quality and everything except the “brand test”
He informed that the brand name mention on the box is different then the brand I ordered, I have ordered “IBS projector” but i received LED projector RR7 so he rejected my pickup and told me to talk to the customer support for help as he mentioned this issue was the fault from Flipkart’s side.
All I received is a projector which is-:
Old & Used
With Broken Box
Containing Different Brand name

And please help me out with this as
I don’t want this product anymore my life has really become a hell with Flipkart
Being such an old customer I never thought I would suffer severely
And All I know right now I want to return this product anyhow and get my money back as I am not going to purchase anything from Flipkart in the future .
All I want my product needs to be returned in the next 24 hours because I am having a headache after trying to return this product and talking to atleast 12 to 13 customer support people of Flipkart who are basically incompatible to be a part of Flipkart customer service and can’t guide or solve their customers issue instead they are genuinely harassing the customer’s with their negligence .
Unfortunately I am unable to have attached the voice call record of Vivek who is the last customer support with whom I had a talk where he confronted that the previous customer support people were incapable of handling situations in Flipkart.
He informed that the senior executive will call me as he had made my concern as an emergency as I am going out of station on 26th morning, but unfortunately Flipkart is so busy and it’s senior executive who doesn’t care about their valuable customers anymore but is more conserned about money.
