I ordered Kent Ace Extra / ACE Alkaline Water Purifier on 03-Oct-2021, Order ID: OD223005866847964000 and got it delivered on 05-Oct-2021.
The Kent service engineer (Venkat – Mob# +91-91005-91552) came on 09-Oct-2021, When he opened the product /Package we both noticed water was coming from the purifier and its USED / PRE-OWNED product.
He spoke to his supervisor and suggested to return/Replace the product from the vendor. So I requested to replace the product on the same day (i.e 09-Oct-2021).
The very next day a person (Nayak – Mob#+91-95059-78604) from the Kent installation team called me OTP for closure of Installation, I refused to provide as installation was not done.
As I requested a call back from flipkart to check the order status on 10-Oct-2021. Your executives closed my replacement request without notice and informed me that the seller had rejected the request.then asked them to reopen the case.
But they closed the case on 11-Oct-2021 and asked them to reopen the case and requested an escalation matrix. where the executives replied to me that they are not authorised to provide such information. (I suggest you keep the escalation Matrix in your site as your executives are not capable of resolving issues.)
Again they closed the case today (i.e 12-Oct-2021), Again after multiple follow ups and prolonged discussion with your executives the raised request for replacement.
I request you look into the issue on priority and resolve ASAP
