I have ordered t shirts received used shirts, instead of new t shirts

Amazon India is doing the shipping of fraud companies material . If you try to contact Amazon support they are not taking the responsibility of the 3rd party order. Amazon India is also responsible for cheating the people by shipping fraud companies items. They should verify and provider/seller’s details of the 3rd party seller as well take the responsibility of shipped products.

I recieved my order (order id No. fnzd1583) today but both the items are wrong, color and size both are not that I ordered. I ordered 26 Xs size with black and green. Recieved blue color in size 32. Also the quality of the product is not good and seems defective many color spot and very cheap product.
I want to return back and want my refund back.
Please arrange the return and refund my money
