Hi Sir ,
This is Harshal Pawar from India spent 2k INR n purchased oppo enco m31 neck band
As OPPO is already a brand but when I received product i received a used neckband where wire was looking like used and No USB CHARGING CABLE also No extra buds of other sizes .
Infact this is really disappointing from AMAZON
Placed for replacement than delivery guy says he will not accept the product .
However will share the details and photos of product expecting soon revert ASAP .
