Dear Ekart / Parcelgator Support Team,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a recent order delivered to me through Ekart Logistics, with Tracking ID: PGRC6000034985.

I had ordered a Men’s Shirt (Size XL) via Parcelgator, but to my shock and disappointment, I received a used pant instead. This is completely unacceptable and misleading.

1. Arrange a return pickup of the wrong product
