Text of Complaint by Vikas Gupta:

I had ordered a brand new OnePlus Buds Z2 (Wireless), Order ID #20580796, but what I received was a second-hand / used product — and I’m extremely disappointed with this experience.

Issues with the product:

The buds appear to be used or already paired before

Charging cable is completely missing.

The box is not sealed properly — not a brand-new item

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I placed the order expecting a genuine new wireless product, not a repacked item with missing accessories.

I request an urgent resolution.

Either send me a fresh, sealed replacement with all accessories.

Or process a full refund immediately.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I’ll be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities, consumer forums, and raise it publicly on social media.
