Hi Sir
I have ordered Redmi 10prime from Amazon and i received used mobile and i informed customer care and they requested for replacement order.
I received another mobile and i found crack/broken in edge of tempered glass/wrapper.
My concern is if mobile is sealed original piece how the screen protector film will broken in edges.
When i contacted Amazon customer care they said that they will return the mobile and refund the amount.
I am working in company and mobile is very much necessary to answer the calls.
My concern is that I have already returned my old mobile phone and I don’t have a spare mobile to use until get the new mobile from a shop or any other online portal.
