Sir/Ma’am, My name is Krati Bharadwaj, and I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a parcel I received which I had not ordered.
Due to my absence at home, my mother unknowingly accepted the parcel. Upon checking, I traced the tracking ID (AWB: SF1379611970AEP , Order ID- 324063378 , Purchase ID- 685750514) and discovered that it was sent by your company, AEPL.
As I did not place this order, I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for this parcel. Please advise on the next steps required to return the item and receive my refund.
I was supposed to receive another parcel from flipkart of the approx same Price on the same day. But this parcel arrived before that and my mother took it without knowing it
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
