I exchanged my phone through Samsung who sent Cashify to get my phone. Upon inspection, the cashify person cornered me for 200 rupees for my Galaxy s10 lite phone. The quoted price with damages in the site itself is 6000 rupees. I either want them to give me a fair price compensation or give my phone back.
