On November 10, I ordered a Panasonic v385gw camcorder for 22,600 rupees. I was very excited to receive the product, as I had been researching it for quite some time and was confident that it would meet my needs.
18 November I was notified that the product had been delivered. I eagerly opened the box, only to be met with a shocking surprise.When i open the box unboxing turned into a complete letdown.”
Instead of the camcorder , I found two packets of Bim Bar, a popular Indian snack that costs only 20 rupees each. Maybe 30rs

However, this incident has seriously shaken my confidence in this company It’s not just about the money; it’s about the trust. As a customer, you expect the product you paid for, not a couple of cheap items in its place.”
