- I had ordered a lining badminton racquet strung on 19th June from Amazon. When I received an unstrung product on 24th June. Then I reordered which I again received unstrung on 29th June. Then I put the product for replacement on the advice of one of the customer executive, which I again received unstrung on 3rd July. I have been receiving wrong product the third time. I am late from the delivery of the product by 10 days and now all they have given me is a refund. If they didn’t have the correct product then why did they except the order in the first place.
