I have ordered the mobile cover for my iPhone 11
And it was delivered wrong item..
Then next i’ve contacted Amazon customer team member and they have initiated return pickup the same item I’ve returned
Till now sellar not initiated the refund
And i have contacted the customer so many item
They are responding me (nofurther action will be taken)
Please help me with correct resolution
I have contacted them 20+ times
