I orderd the Casio Watch From flipkart its order id is OD125911212641272000 on 4/09/22 And flipkart deliverd the package on 7/09/22 but after opening the package there was One black adapter in it i instantly Initiated Return request And it said to wait till 11/09/22 But on 11/09/22 my return request got rejected I again Initiated return request But it again got rejected after that i called customer service of flipkart they told that Its a technical glitch They want 48 hours to solve my problem From then they are saying to wait 24 to 48 hours After so many days they told me that they will initiate the return But then delivery boy came and he refused to take the package he said that He didn’t got the proper information about it After that i called Flipkart support They told that they gave the information And said me to wait 48 hours But they again Rejected The return request And one excutive called me and told me to Send image of producton email and they will resolve my problem within 48 hours I Sended the Images on same day its been more than 72 Hours And flipkart Gave me no resolution About my problem Its been 1 Month
