We have received a speaker purchased from Flipkasrt. received a defect product.
when requested for the return we are not getting proper responce from flipkart.

called multiple times, They always says not able to ;isten and create a complaint, and they themselfs close the case by saying it is resolved.
Vendor tries to call us, as soon as receive the call it hangs up. post that we receive a message stating that, they are not able to reach us, where as we are wokring on mobile due to covid it is completely WFH.
