i have received a samsung s21fe damaged on 3rd oct i asked for the return on the same day till now i havent inserted the sim also. visited samsung service centre also they also said that its the fault of the flipkart they should replace that..flipkart also made a promiss that the product will be returned its damaged but now today on 10th oct they have closed the issue and written issue resolved.
but the case is no issue is resolved they are saying the product is in warranty get it checked on service centre but service centre says that this should get replaced this is a internal hardware issue which doesn’t comes under warranty they have fraud you and it should be returned..but no help from flipkart very they are putting Customer into stress. 36000rs all wasted
