I orderd an ipad from amazon which I received on 13th sept 2023. It had soap bars in it, upon complaining, I got their mail on 18th that they sent me the right products and they cannot issue a replacement or refund. I have all the video proof where I received the sealed pack package and the video is unedited it’s in raw format. I have raised a complaint on NCH
