I have ordered a designer dress worth Rs.800/-COD from mitali shops on 11/10/2022 but i received from courier after paying a cash amount of Rs.800/- an very old unwearable saree instead of my designer dress. I immediately sent a mail and contacted her in social platforms regarding the same to mitalishops but no response received in return. I request immediate exchange of this saree to my ordered designer dress or refund of payment asap.
