Ordered a new Samsung S20 FE 5g phone worth ₹35,178 via Flipkart on 25 Jun 2022 which got delivered on 27th Jun 2022. The delivered phone was a refurbished one. Initiated for a replacement immediately but it was never done due to some error. I contacted their Customer Care support & the agent mentioned some technical glitch& asked me to wait for 24hrs then I’d be able to put up the return request. On trying to initiate return request in the Flipkart app, they themselves are updating that is issue is already resolvedm hence faking itm.
I was constantly following up knowing that Flipkart only has a 7 days replacement policy and there was no response or update from the team The customer service executives are dropping the call saying that they’ll connect the call to their senior supervisor. Hence they were delaying the replacement process on purpose. I kept on trying to talk to them till that I’ll be compelled to lodge a complaint in the consumer court for such reckless behaviour and still they are hanging up the call in between. It’s more than 10 days now and I’m stuck with a used phone for which I paid ₹35,178. I can’t afford a phone anymore. I want this issue to be escalated and I need a refund / return asap.
