I recently ordered a laptop from flipkart with specification 16gb/512gb in exchange of my old laptop. The seller has endorsed 7 day replacement policy upon booking. We received the product with different specification-
1. It was a 8gb/512gb laptop
2. User interface was different
We contacted flipkart customer care, they said the replacement is not available only refund. We had made a EMI transaction for the purchase of laptop with a processing fee of 767rs. Upon return of the product we will get the principle amount back we will need to pay processing fee and EMI cancellation fee from our end. So we need to pay additional amount for a fault which is not ours. We also exchanged old laptop till the time we order and get a new laptop we don’t have a alternative option available. The price of the product also increased in the flipkart website.
