We have ordered LI-NING 3700 G Force badminton racquet costing more than 2000 rs and on 3rd Feb-2023 we have received non branded badminton racquet.Immediately with in 10 min we call customer care and requested for replacement.
It was supposed to get it replaced on 6 th Feb but by default issue status changed to “Resolved” though it was not resolved.Then onwards we are continuously following up and almost 3 to 4 customer care executives are telling that it is in progress and asking for 72.0 hrs for approval.
We have never faced such issues earlier with flipkart but presently not happy with such responses
