Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF708935513
Booked on 16 April. Ticket not booked and refund not yet received.
I need the full amount of the payment made for the booking. I have received partial amount in my account. For the remaining amount, I have received no updates from the bank. Please look into the matter.
I have done bookings from your portal and not from the bank, why am I getting charged for the bookings that have not been done?
This issue has been going on for a month.
Why am I suffering for the same? I would still do a humble request to look into the matter and kindly address the concern ASAP.
Your customer support is so bad, executives are so unprofessional that they do not respond correctly, disconnect the call when being asked queries, and don’t reply over emails. Please take this on priority else I am going to raise a complaint in Consumer Court. I need immediate action on the request made.
