Hi,
As per the jio fiber plan if we are not happy with the service we can return the instrument and can claim full refund after one month. So I put cancellation request after 27th/28th day on call. But there person didn’t comeback to collect the device. After multiple follow up they came after two month. And refunded only 1500 instead of 2500 saying that I have return my device after 60 days, so I won’t be getting installation charges back. Inspite of telling them to check my call records when did I raised for cancellation request and also stated that I did multiple follow up but no one came from there side. So it was Jios fault who didn’t respond on time.
I have given all explanation on Twitter handle but still after three months no one from Jio team is able resolve my issue.
Please help.

Jio fiber is a complete fraud in refunding amount of Rs. 2500.
When new connection has to be installed they call regularly and new connection is installed within 1 day. But when it comes to refunding money of Rs. 2500, despite several complaints they are not taking any action and also given time upto 05.08.2021 if device is not picked up by their representative, they will forfeit rs.1000.
As if they are doing some kind of scam of forfeiting rs.1000.
Total fraud company.
