I ordered Xioami 11i worth 21000 from flipkart on the 17th June.2022 and later on 21st June got a package delivered in the early hours, when I wasn’t at home and my mom had to collect the package.. after reaching home and opening the package to my surprise I see there wasn’t any kind of phone or anything and I received some old USB Cable instead of the phone I ordered… I paid around 21k and instead received a dirty USB cord…
And above all, the delivery person named Piyush, from your shadowfax delivery.. did not ask for any kind of OTP before delivering me this wrong product.. He just handed it over and ran away.. and when called him stating this issue he was behaving extremely rude and screaming using foul language towards uss..
You can visibly see the sellers are totally different… I ordered from a seller “CLIENTEROecom” but got something delivered from “Wishery Online Private Limited”…
I am a student and hope you understand that 21000rs is not a less amount for me …
I had attached and submitted all the necessary documents asked by the flipkart team so that they could help me with the replacement process as soon as possible.. But even after repeative follow up’s, I saw do difference in the status of the return, replacement process… the executives have repeatedly been delaying the dates….
I am already extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this terrible service from flipkart…
