I had called to Jio Customer Care to address Jio Settop Box service-related problems which I was facing from few days. I have doubt that instead of helping me resolve these issues, the Jio customer care executive resorted to what can only be described as an unwarranted and excessive bombardment of SMS messages. I started receiving a plethora of unsolicited OTP messages from various unknown websites, including Ewinds, Sugar App, NNNOW.com, Fancode, Rummy Culture, Infinity Learn, and many more.
This action was not only unprofessional but also a distraction from addressing the actual problems I had with the services.
I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
