Today i.e. 15/09/2023 at 6:52 a.m i received a message on my mobile number+91 7597892984 from AX-ULLUAP regarding an OTP for registering on ULLU App. However I have neither installed it nor tried to register on it so am sceptical that it’s an online fraud.
