Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have ordered 4 Pair of Lenin Cotton shirts from Brandclothing.myshopline.com 0n 16yh Aug 2023 with Order Id 49059. The item which I have ordered is delivered through Amazon Shipping’s on 22nd Aug 2023 with bad conditions… following are the problems which I received after opening the Item..
The important thing is they have delivered me a wrong item instead of delivering write item they have delivered Bad quality item and the inner Packet was torn while delivering and Item was missing….. Smelly Shirt… Wet shirt inside the Cover…..

My queries are;
1. Found open Packets..
2. Smelly shirt..
3. Torn shirt..
4. 3 shirts instead of 4
5. Bad smell from 1 shirt like it is Completely wet…
6. Quality is not good, not of Cotton….

Both amazon and Brandclothing.myshopline.com is responsible bad material and wrong material delivery. Even there was a shortage of item.. The quality which they have displayed was not delivered…. I have paid 1198 through Phone pay for the product…..

I request you to look my quarry and resolve the issue

I have all the details of the items and Photocopy, Screenshots..

I request you take strict action against Amazon shipping and Brandclothing.myshopline.com and request for compensation.
