Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the order I received from online store [Watch Hub]. I ordered four linen shirts from Watch Hub at a cost of INR 1199, but unfortunately, I received three old and damaged shirts.
When I opened the package, I was shocked to see that the shirts were faded, ripped, and had visible defects. This is not what I expected, and I am extremely unhappy with my purchase. Moreover, there were no contact details of the seller provided with the package, which made it difficult for me to reach out to them for a resolution.
I believe this issue is a result of carelessness or negligence.
I request you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a refund or a replacement for the damaged items as soon as possible. I hope you understand the inconvenience this has caused me, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
