I received an Air cooler that looks old, has dirt at the corners and edges, has scratches and marks. There are some manufacturing defects too. I did not open the entire product as these defects were visible easily. I have requested for refund, but they are forcing replacement. This is a long process. I need this product in urgent basis. They cannot even share by when the product will he replaced. I can’t wait longer than 6th April. I am demanding a refund if possible else replacement before this timeline.
if Flipkart had delivered good product, i would have never come here or wasted my time talking to Customer care
