Dear Sir,

We have placed an order from the Amazon Site for [RedmiBook Pro Intel Core i5 11th Gen H Series 15.6-inch(39.62 cm) Thin and Light Laptop (8GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11) (Charcoal Gray, 1.8 kg, ] on 21st June 2023 against order No: 402-8579227-7338701 of Rs. 40990.00 with my HDFC card ending with 2916. Firstly, the delivery date which was actually shown to me on Amazon product was not delivered on the same date. we tried to contact your delivery person but he hasn’t picked up the call the next day after so many follow-ups he has delivered the damaged product. On the same day, we launched a complaint about this incident. But now they are blaming us that they have delivered the right product and we are lying. 41000 is not a small amount, it’s hard-earned money. After many follow-ups and writing emails, they have denied to refund the money or any replacement of the order. Last got this email on 18/07/2023 from the Amazon dept.

Our records show that the order was complete and in proper condition, and the correct item was in the package when it left our fulfillment center. In addition, the carrier has confirmed that the parcel was intact and undamaged when it was delivered to you.

To protect our employees and customers, we have disposed of the incorrect item that we received as per our policy.

As stated in your previous messages, we cannot issue a refund for this order until we receive the correct item.

While I know you’re disappointed with our stance on this matter, I want to assure you the information you received is correct.
