We would like to inform you that, we have received SMS on Jan 27, 2020 as “PytmKYCkyc has been expired please contact customer office at 9402612039”. SMS on Jan 28, 2020 it was mentioned that URL link through SMS as https://5cf28a48.ngrok.io for online KYC updation. We did update on Jan 28, 2020 itself. We received Security Alert through email on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 10:56 am. as follows Ticket No. 155216374 refers:
“We have received a request to change your current mobile number associated with Paytm account to a new number – 9062582717.
If you have not made this request, please contact our customer support immediately”
Please note that our registered mobile number of the Paytm Business A/c is 9910602761 in respect of Institute of Marketing & Management, a premier Business School, Registered since August 14, 1969.
We have not made our request to change our current / existing Mobile No. as 9910602761 associated with Paytm Business account to an Unknown Number 9062582717. No one was picking up our call at your Customer Support / Paytm KYC at 9402612039
On Tuesday, Jan 28, 2020 at 11:00 am, your message sent at our registered email ID: registrar.imm@gmail.com read as follows:
“Money sent successfully Rs.8000/- to Prahlad Gurjar Paytm A/c linked to 9062639473 from Paytm User’s Paytm A/c linked to Unknown No.9062582717 vide transaction ID 28606210903, bearing balance is “0” in our updated Paytm wallet”
On Thursday, Jan 30, 2020 at 12.55 pm., your message sent at our registered email ID: registrar.imm@gmail.com read as follows:
“Money received successfully Rs.1001 from Mohd. Muvin’s Paytm Wallet Linked to 98XXXX6126 in Paytm Wallet Linked to Unknown No.9062582717 vide Transaction Id: 28639473834 showing balance in Paytm Wallet as Rs. 1001”
You are now requested to kindly not to change our existing Mobile No. as 9910602761 associated with Paytm A/c. Also transfer back credit laying worth Rs. 9001(Rs.8000 dated 28.01.2020 and Rs. 1001 dated 30.01.2020) to Current A/c No.: 705018076, IFS Code: IDIB000M089, with Indian Bank, Mehrauli Institutional Area Branch, New Delhi – 110 016, linked with Paytm A/c, under intimation to us, which had wrongly credited to Unknown A/c.
Kindly arrange to block immediately our Paytm Business A/c No. 9910602761 in respect of Institute of Marketing & Management and also Unknown Mobile No. 9062582717, under intimation to us.
Applicants for Post Graduate Diploma in Management are still transferring the application fee to our Registered Paytm A/c but it is not effected, may be the transaction are linked with the unknown A/c No. 9062582717.
Kindly look into this matter urgently and after taking necessary action by your team.
