I purchased a brand new iPhone 14 for 68K from Flipkart Order ID: 0D427079075467490100 on Republic Day offer . Within 5 days of purchase the phone is unresponsive/not powering on. I have reached out to Flipkart customer support every day requesting for a replacement or refund for the phone. the brand- Apple centre where they have diagnosed this phone as a faulty device with motherboard/hardware fault. I am trying to create a replacement from my Orders section since 24th January, I have been calling Flipkart customer support everyday since then but they keep saying, backend team will create replacement/refund. No one is calling me from backend team(kindly check call records). The resolution date for my case keeps getting pushed further.
I am having a painful experience and deeply disheartened from this F-assured purchase I made from Flipkart.
