I have bought brand new Samsun galaxy M12 from Flipkart portal, which have issues of hanging and freezing, I asked portal several times till now for replacing the same but no one is taking it nor ready to give me solution on it. Same technician visited 2 times and ran some test on my new phone took some screenshots and told it will be replaced, but as soon as he leaves my home I get message that my request for replacement is canceled. Now Flipkart executive is asking me to visit nearest Samsung showroom for further process. How should I go with this I have been robbed by Flipkart.
Issue Created: We are looking into your concern with order OD123588793101030000 and will resolve. And since 11th of December 2021 I am trying and figuring how I can get my money back. As no one is giving me a solution.
