I ordered Bajaj splendid induction cooktop from Flipkart on 9/10/2022 and i received the product on 17/10/2022 but i found later that night that product was damaged, old and used . So immediately i applied for return ( in this only replacement option available, which i forced to choose that because i want refund any how). Then i got message that on 26/10/22 your product will get replace but today (23/10/22) i got message that the product will get replace today so be ready. So finally delivery person came who was very rude in behaviour , he said the photo you updated during compltaint and return of the product is not the same that i have so I will not take replacement. And he just ran ..

I WANT REFUND, REFUND AND REFUND.
PLS HELP
