Hi
We have received a faulty product from Amazon India on 21st Oct 2020. After that i raised the issue with Amazon on 22nd Oct 2020 with all the details. They said they will ask seller to contact me. Seller contacted me and said they will send the replacement order. But after 3 days they disappeared and not responding . I have updated the same to Amazon customer care. They said that they will investigate and update me. But with out investigation they updated me , they will not able to refund. They have not even contacted me to see what was the issue. The product cannot be assembled at all and they even not bothered to see what was the issue with the product. Please help me to get my refund.
