I ordered an iPhone Mini 12 and it was delivered on November 13, 2022. During delivery, the delivery person unlocked the phone and attempted to turn it on but was unsuccessful. He then advised me to store the phone for charging for about 30 to 40 minutes before trying again, after which he left.
Now that the phone is still not functioning or turning on, despite numerous calls to help, they claim that a technical issue is occurring at their end and hang up.
I am not receiving a proper response from the flipkart support. Moreover they say that they do not have senior people on the floor.
Please help me with this. as I have spent 45k Rupees on the prodcut
