I have ordered Motorola Moto e13 64 GB, 2 GB RAM, Aurora Green, Mobile. This is Order number 16820944580281092W.
The device I have received is in faulty condition. I am facing voice issues, calling issues, lagging issues etc. I am highly dissatisfied with the product and I have raised a return request on 25/04/2023, however the Jio team has rejected the return request mentioning going to the service centre. I don’t want this faulty product at all.
I called customer care multiple times, once they said they have raised a ticket -682432991993 and I should get a resolution and call back within 72 hrs.
Unfortunately nothing happened and the request is still in the same status. I would like to escalate this matter, I called customer care people multiple times and got different responses everytime. No one is providing a satisfactory solution. Please consider this mail and look into this matter ASAP and provide me the refund of my hard earned money.
