Dear Sir, This is regarding purchased of BOAT rockers 550 Headphone through Vlebazaar.in vide their order id 2151804. I received the said ordered product on 07 May 2023 which was faulty and defective. Therefore I submitted return request on the same date which was 07 may 2023 and alsi informed to their Help desk representative 4 to 5 times on call. However neither the said product is being replaced nor any email, message received till date.
