I received false product by the company brandmarts. I ordered a DJI OM 5-handheld 3-Axis worth ₹1499. However I received a false product with a false receiver name inside the packaging. I request the forum to take strict actions against the company to cheat on poor consumers.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
