Requesting original product or refund of my payment
Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter serves as a formal request for give me a original product or a full refund on the product that I bought from your company, through your Online Store.
I purchased a [fair insta skin lightening cream order id – od328144895902691100, and paid a total amount of [696].
It seems that the product is fake in the package. I ordered fair insta skin lightening cream order id: OD328144895902691100 in Flipkart online service, I received a fake product I have all prof, before I use to buy in Apollo, I saw same product in Flipkart online service in offer price, but they sent me fake product and when I check 93 review I open that also they made fake, I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.
I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the fake product,
I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from the company.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning original product or receiving a refund.
