I ordered a combo of JBL headphones and earpods but the Product that I was delivered does not contain the earpods and the headphones are fake. The customer care number given also shows as spam. And there are no reply to the emails that we have sent for returns. I have paid almost 1600rs for something that costs no more than 200rs. I would request the court to take some action against the website and help me get compensation for my loss.
