we have ordered an I phone 14 pro max order I’d 406-0986704-2673126.but we got fake tape recorder in the box.
We have raised a complaint emijeatly after receiving the product to Amazon with proof but on reply or resolution was provided to us . We are prime customer from 2022 and ordered lot of product of thousands of rupees but never returned anything now when we are suffering them Amazon is not helping us.
Please help us with replacement or refund .
Also the rating of the seller apario retail private limited is 1.6 and he is calling me and saying not to raise a complaint.
