I faced the same thing, product shown was one, recieved totally shitty clothes. Over that, the number mentioned for return on the package is invalid. Had to reach them through their customer care number mentioned on google.
They agreed for the refund and asked for the otp that I received on my phone. Looked suspicious to me. I didn’t share the OTP and requested to speak to their senior authority.
Please be careful guys if you ever go about this.
