Good Afternoon
I ordered N 3310 Classic with an order no #BST7664 in brand’stry website(https://brandstry.com/)and they delivered Dummy mobile of a non branded company named Q Tel by delivery details by MOMOE EXPRESS with AWB No 1899611864273, and we were shocked and tried to check return policy and we e mailed a request to hello@brandstry.com which has been given in the website, and no reply from them and there is an address given in the policy to return the goods as below( D-68 4th Floor, Aruna Park, Shakarpur, 110092 Delhi DL, India.) asking me to self shipment the product i did it through DTDC courier – H85958020. I request you to kindly look into such kind of fraudulent websites cheating people.
