I was travelling on flight 6E 2042 and connecting flight 6807, from Delhi to Pune via Jaipur on 14th May 2023. I checked in 2 bags and upon arrival in Pune my bags were badly greased and dirty. When I complained the duty manager, she offered me a Rs.1000 voucher which I denied to take because I needed a solution for the spoilt bags and not a coupon in lieu of the damage they caused. After much struggle she finnally logged my complaint. There is no solution from the airlines whatsoever. Their representatives say that they can only issue a coupon as per their policy. I am not a frequent traveller and I am absolutely not okay taking a coupon for this.
