Text of Complaint by Dinesh:

I ordered one gopro hero media mod from amazon.
Next day it was delivered to me. I gave delivery PiN to agent upon his request.

I observed that barcode sticker on the seal was torn and there was some glue on the packet. It seemed as if packet was tampered and later someone tried to fix it.
I notified it to agent then and there. He was trying to justify that sticker must have been torn during the handling and the wet thing (glue) was there due to the leakage of some other liquid shipment.

As a precautionary measure, I took pics of the packet along with delivery agent, highlighting the discrepancy on the packet.

Then I asked delivery guy to wait for one minute till I check open and check the parcel.
Upon opening the packet I found that main content was missing and the agent left the place without informing. I called customer support and they assured me to help. They asked me 5 days time to resolve the issue and after 5 days they refused replacement or refund. Now they are repeatedly telling me same thing. That we have done thorough investigation and packet was in good condition. They are ignoring the evidence I have provided to them.
