I placed the Order# 403-9214515-0350758 on 17 May 2023 ,

This product is priced at INR 11249
This order was delivered on 26 May 2023 but with an empty package , it had waste foam inside .
I have attached the pictures and video of received package .
I raised the complaint with Amazon customer care the very same day ,
I was confirmed that an investigation will be done and the issue will be resolved.
However, on multiple enquiries with customer care , I got below reply from amazon :
“We have investigated this matter with the carrier. It appears that this package was delivered intact in condition and correct Item was shipped & delivered.
Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time.”
I request you to kindly look into this matter at priority and issue a proper investigation of the theft of my missing order .
