I had order a Bluetooth wireless earphone on 24th August 2021 and it was reached me on 25th August 2021.when I opened it my product was missing from the brand box. The outer packaging was properly sealed but the inner brand packaging was not sealed. Then immediately I contacted to the flipkart service and raised a missing complain on 25th August 2021. Since now my request was rejected 4 times and no resolution was provided by the flipkart. I want my refund of 1999 rupee. Why should I pay for the empty box.
