I had ordered XIAOMI TAB6 from xiaomi official site , but received an empty box only with warranty card . Fortunately I had the unboxing video with courier guy from Ecom and I shared the same video and photo to xiaomi grievance , but they simply said the product was intact so they can’t help . also the courier said, what they get from xiaomi they deliver the same, even I don’t find any temper on parcel. It was fully sealed product.
but they didn’t show us the proof of this also and closed grievances. plz help how to proceed further in this matter
plz mark this complaint as resolved, i received a new product from there and fin ully intact condition
