I ordered a phone on 21st April 2023 and I received the empty package on 22nd April. I immediately raised my complaint and the agents asked me to wait for 5 working days. After the time I called them they said according to their investigation i received my phone safe and sound and denied my refund.
Below I’m attaching my bill of the shipment.
