I have ordered google pixel 7 Pro through Flipcart and i received first copy product(duplicate product). I have raised the complaint with google pixel on July 1st,still no one take a response from google support end. Daliy am following with them more than 2 times. They simply saying like wait for 24/48 hours every day, even no one give the proper response and simply sending the copy paste followup mails to me. And that product still holding from bluedart end, from support team giving the update like product is In transit without checking anything. And they given 19 business days but 15 days left.even flipcart Also not taking any responsibility.
I don’t have mobile to use, am waiting for more than 15 days for this useless service, definitely I need a compensation and refund. And I don’t need this worst phone anymore. I need a refund thats it
